If your child has any medical condition that Hagerty Pop Warner should be aware
of you must contact our Safety Director Pam Young @ ppr96c@yahoo.com. If any
condition exists or prior conditions such as previous concussions we must have the
proper paperwork from your child's doctor before we will allow them to participate in
our program. Your child's safety is our programs' number one priority. Any questions
please email Pam.
